CMG vehicle recovery services have added a further large recovery vehicle to their considerable fleet.
Mark Cowan The Operation’s Director has once again chosen Reflex Design and Reflexite VC312 conspicuity vinyl to complete the high conspicuity graphics in conjunction with the CMG’s existing corporate identity.
Mark stated he likes to use Reflex Design because of their extensive experience using Reflexite, the flexibility of the installation team and the understanding the Reflex contact staff have with his requirements.
As seen in the photo above, we had added these graphics to an old landrover for KRS Recovery, they have used and Engineering grade reflective to be more visible at night.
Reflex Design International Limited have recently applied the graphics to Mark Cowan’s vehicle. As you can see in the photo above CMG Rescue use the Reflexite Daybright products. With a Fl/Orange VC312 Stripe and applying Fl/Lime VC312 chevrons on top. Contouring his whole vehicle with a 1 inch Stripe for extra safety and visibility.
Mark Cowan has been a very loyal Reflexite customer, refusing to put any other product on his vehicles.
Westbridge Motors of Northamptonshire have commissioned Reflex Design international Ltd to design, manufacture and install their corporate graphics package for a new type of vehicle to the company.

The VW caddy is a larger than normal small van and the the graphics had to be re-designed to fit correctly.

As usual the materials used are Reflexite VC312 Fluorescent orange and lime yellow and red Daybright retro reflective microprismatic vinyl complimented with LG reflective white chevrons.

Reflex Design are able to make all types of vehicle or van signage using Reflexite VC312, VC310, VC309, VC104 or any compliant ECE104 products.
This is a vehicle that we supplied and fitted graphics for Mark Cowan @ CMG Rescue, we supply the graphics for his entire fleet.
As you can see from the photograph, CMG Rescue use the Fl/Lime VC312 which is placed on top of the Fl/Orange VC312.
He also contours his vehicles with 1 inch Red VC312 around the rear of his vehicles, and 1 inch Silver VC312 around the sides of his vehicles. Adding extra safety for his staff.
Mark Cowan @ CMG Rescue, is a regular specifier Reflexite VC312 and has been now for many years.
Recovery Graphics
KRS, the premium recovery service in the Kettering (Northants) area have tasked Reflex Design with improving the livery on their recovery vehicle’s.

Their existing style was adequate for the task but as a forward looking company they opted for a more professional look and improved quality of reflectives. They had the option for top LG engineering grade or the Reflexite VC312 microprismatic daybright conspicuity material.

Following their choice of a combination of both materials the work commenced and we have currently finished the third job for them, an incident support unit that backs up the ground team on larger incidents and as you can see from the photograph attached they certainly stand out during daylight hours and they will be even brighter during the hours of darkness.
The partnership between Reflex Design, KRS, and the Vinyl suppliers provide a safer environment for both the KRS employee’s and other road users by offering greater visibility day and night.Â
RECOVERY BATTENBURG

Walls recovery of south Wales chose Reflex Design to undertake the battenburg livery for the company supervision vehicle.
They already use Reflexite VC 312 Daybright microprismatic conspicuity vinyl and stayed with this choice due to its durability and ease of repair following accident or vandal damage
The Reflexite colours they use are from both our fluorescent and standard range of prismatic conspicuity VC range,including Fl/lime yellow,Fl/orange,and red.

As you will see from the photograph attached”Walls” take great care in protecting their staff by fitting the maximum amount of material to the vehicles, this also offers a greater amount of protection for approaching vehicles by being more visible from further away.
Westbridge Motors are a new customer to Reflex Design, the above vehicle is the first we have done for this company. They came to us through recommendations of other Recovery Companies we already deal with.
They use a mixture of Reflexite VC312 Fl/Orange for there side stripe, over laying white engineering grade on top for their chevrons. There text is a 5 to 7 year vinyl with white enginnering grade laid underneath to give a nice illuminated glow at night.
This vehicle is one out of Crouch Recovery’s Fleet.
We used Engineering grade Black and white vinyl, with Reflexite Fl/Yellow VC312 & Reflexite Blue VC312 diamond shaped side markings.
His chevrons are made up of Black engineering grade vinyl and Reflexite Fl/Yellow VC312 at a 45 degree angle.
We have supplied & fitted graphics to a few vehicles now for Hillside Garage Great Glen Ltd.
This customer uses Reflexite VC312 Blue & Reflexite VC312 Silver down the sides, in a battenburg style, with rear chevrons consisting of Fl/Lime VC312 & Fl/Orange VC312.
As you can see in the photo of there Corsa car. They have a 24 hour breakdown collection service, so being seen is very important, in any weather conditions.
